1. Agreement
These terms apply when you use the naniboost website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is for
The site explains what naniboost does and lets you book a call. Any paid work we do for your company is covered by a separate written agreement that we sign with you. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
3. Booking a call
Please give a phone number where we can reach you at the time you picked. We may need to move or cancel a call, and we will try to tell you first.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Break the law or anyone else's rights through the site
Send spam, malware or false booking requests
Scrape the site, overload it, or try to get around its security
5. Content and trademarks
The text, design and code of the site belong to naniboost. Product names and logos of other companies belong to their owners. Showing them here does not mean they endorse us.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is." Examples and descriptions of results are illustrative: what our bots find and change depends on each company's traffic, offer and setup.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, naniboost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
