1. Who we are
naniboost ("naniboost," "we," "us") runs this website, where companies can learn about our service and book a call with Nani. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@naniboost.com.
2. What we collect
Booking details: the date and time you pick, your time zone, and the phone number you leave so we can call you.
Messages: the name, email address and message you send through the contact form, and any question you type while booking.
Usage data: pages you visit, clicks, your browser and device type, and your approximate country or region from your IP address.
Campaign data: the ad or link that brought you here, such as UTM parameters, gclid or fbclid.

To answer your questions and messages
To see how people use the site and improve it
To measure which ads and campaigns bring people who book calls
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use these tools on the website:
PostHog for usage analytics and session replay. Text you type into form fields is masked in recordings.
Google Ads to measure when a visit from an ad leads to a booked call.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits and bookings that come from Meta ads.
Where the law requires consent (for example in the EU and UK), these tools load only after you accept cookies. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
5. Service providers
We share data with providers that run parts of the site for us: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery of booking notifications), PostHog, Google and Meta. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
6. How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details for as long as we are talking with you and for any business relationship that follows. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings. Ask us at any time and we will delete your details.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and California law), you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your personal information, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@naniboost.com and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Where your data is processed
naniboost is operated from the United States, and our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the EU and UK.
9. Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
